Top Floor Penthouse at the Historic Levy Building

Absolutely fantastic place and hosts were awesome! 100% would book again. Positive: Love the styling, the furnishings, location. It really is a fantastic property!!! I would absolutely book this again in the future. Negative: We stayed during the hottest week of 2025 (so far.) The penthouse is very, very comfortable, but the master is furthest from the AC and thermostat. As a result, with the exposed brick as beautiful as it is, doesn't keep the master as cool as the rest of the place. I like to sleep cold, so I didn't sleep as well. However, I really don't want that to be a negative on the place because it really is very awesome.

We had a great stay at the condo and were able to enjoy many excellent restaurants and distilleries. Positive: This is the nicest rental we’ve ever stayed at. Luxurious and well appointed …it had everything we needed. The beds and the rest of the furniture was very comfortable. The location, a block off Main Street worked well for restaurants and MANY distilleries. Parking a block and one half away was convenient with simple in and out access. Negative: NONE

Perfect and highly recommend for work or vacation. Positive: The Penthouse was as good or better than presented online. Very comfortable and “classy”, with plenty of space to relax. The location is perfect for work and tourist activity. We highly recommend the rental and the hosts are above and beyond responsive. Five Star Property IMO. Negative: No complaints or anything not to like

Clean, safe, convenient, wonderful experience Positive: The property was clean well located easy to drive to. It was a pleasure working with the Hosts. They had everything we could have asked for. It was quiet and comfortable. Negative: We had five family members and none of us could think of anything that was wrong with the experience. I was concerned about the parking based on past reviews, but the parking garage was so close and so convenient and safe.
